Money Can't Buy Happiness (at least after $75,000)

As a society, we tend to equate money with success and happiness to a disproportionate degree, but it’s so ingrained that most of us aren’t aware of it. I could reference countless articles that state after a certain amount of income (approximately $75,000) more money doesn’t actually increase your happiness. The advice it to spend on experiences or things that save you time everyday. We've been trying it out!

The impossible task of preparing for the unknown, and why I won't stop trying.

The picture (and embedded video) are all the photographic evidence I have left of a family trip to the Grand Canyon. I had an album of older photos, but I think it must have been a casualty of the fire because I cannot find it. By this time I had written my first novel. Hand written on recycled paper, where it remains. I never made it through putting it into typeface. I like to think this little one would be happy with where she ended up. (Although she would be pissed I hadn’t done something with that historical fiction she wrote at thirteen.)
